All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information where available.

Please note: some orders may be shipped from outside Finland. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
Where available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@zzzleep.fi.
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs charges apply. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@zzzleep.fi and we will investigate immediately. We will always do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Please allow a few extra days before contacting us during peak periods such as holidays and sale events, as carriers may experience delays.
