Refund & returns policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We comply with EU consumer protection law and offer clear, fair terms for all purchases made at zzzleep.fi.


14-day right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. This right applies to all online purchases under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires:

  • Please include your order number and, if you wish, a brief reason for the return

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with seals intact
  • Returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice

For hygiene reasons, products that come into direct contact with the body — such as mouthpieces, nasal dilators, and similar devices — cannot be returned once the original protective seal has been opened. This is in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).


Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item under the right of withdrawal (not due to a fault), the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs in full.


Faulty or incorrect items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@zzzleep.fi. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the faulty or incorrect item

We will offer either a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.


Refund processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

Please note: original shipping costs are only refunded if you cancel your entire order — not for partial returns.


Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zzzleep.fi. We will do our best to process the cancellation immediately, but cannot guarantee this if your order has already been dispatched.
